In these difficult times of crisis, when we have endeavored to stand by our clients to support them through the pandemic-related sensitive HR straits, we are pleased to announce that MGG Voltaire is ranked TIER 3 in the LEGAL 500 Employment category for France. MGG Voltaire has also been identified for its experienced know how in dealing with crisis management. We see this as an acknowledgment of our combined strength and a sign of our successful merger since 1st of January 2020
MGG Voltaire is the result of the January 2020 merger of the two well-known employment boutiques MGG Legal and Voltaire. The newly created 25-lawyer firm now combines a strong international network and a German desk with three French offices in Paris, Lyon and Lille. The practice brings together two teams highly experienced in dealing with crisis management and other sensitive situations including strikes and workforce reduction projects. Recently, the group worked on a high-profile restructuring project, advised a client on post Macron reform-related work and assisted a client with complex collective negotiations. The practice also has strong know-how in dealing with M&A-related matters and the dismissal and hiring of top management officers.
Marijke Granier-Guillemarre, Loïc Héron, David Guillouet, François Hubert, Anne Vincent-Ibarrondo, Xavier Blunat and Philippe Pachoud make up the partnership.
