Fourth episode: How to discipline an employee
MGG Legal is committed to offer to its clients a wide range of training courses to keep them abreast with legal news in Employment Law. In this respect, we believe that companies should be made aware of the technical and legal issues that are likely to bear a direct impact on their organization. MGG Legal has therefore put together a series of short-format training courses (30 minutes) on the basics of French Labor Law in order to provide companies with practical solutions to the issues that they are likely to come across on a regular basis.

The fourth episode of our ongoing series will address the question of disciplinary rules.
Within the general framework of Labor and Employment Law, disciplinary law is a field of action in its own right for companies. From the effective investigation of misconduct to the identification of the appropriate level of sanction, it is crucial for managers to effectively handle disciplinary and grievance issues in the workplace and to have a clear understanding of the policies, their purpose and scope, as well as any legal and ethical implications involved.
This will ensure that any disciplinary or grievance situation be handled fairly and in accordance with company policies and French Law.
Our objective on November 21, 2024 at 6 PM CET is to share our experience of recent cases that we have handled and provide you with some best practices and guidelines on how to make sure that the disciplinary procedure will ultimately help the company to maintain a professional and respectful working environment.
This webinar will be chaired by Paul Romatet, Counsel with MGG Legal.
