Caroline Laurent

After working in French-German law firms specialising in corporate law and employment law and more than 4 years practising in the employment law department of an international law firm in Paris, Caroline joined the team in June 2024, in particular to strengthen the German Desk with Marijke Granier-Guillemarre and Alexandra Frelat.

Her practice includes both contentious and non-contentious work for French and oreign companies on all questions related to individual and collective labor law, especially the day-to-day management of human resources, international employment contracts, collective agreements, individual dismissals, redundancies and company restructuring operations.

She is also interested in the French practice of internal investigations (for example in whistleblowing cases) and can assist companies at all stages of the procedure.

She works in French, German and English.

As a badminton player since the age of 10 and a lawyer, she combines determination, strategy and endurance to win the match, whatever the court.
