Nicolas Fédélich
Jurist
In order to combine theory and practice, Nicolas has joined MGG Legal as a CIFRE PhD student from 1er December 2023. He is working on a thesis on employee mobility within corporate groups.
Building on his theoretical experience, Nicolas assists the firm’s lawyers in both advisory and litigation work, particularly on mobility-related issues.
He speaks French and English.

- Thesis in Employment Law: “Employee mobility within a group of companies”, co-supervised by Elsa Peskine, Professor of Law at the University of Paris-Nanterre and Gwenola Bargain, Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Tours (Since December 2023)
