Associate

Victor Jean-Baptiste started his career in 2017 in the Labor and Employment law department of Proskauer Rose LLP before joining MGG Legal in 2021.

Working both French and English, Victor advises French and foreign companies in all aspects of labor law and employment law including criminal labor law.

Victor has gained particular experience in the setting-up and implementation of reorganization projects for French and foreign groups (managing employment relations, employment audits, collective redundancy plans, company transfers, etc.).
